”Persons of high self-esteem are not driven to make themselves superior to others. They do not seek to prove their value by measuring themselves against a comparative standard. Their joy is being who they are, not in being better than anyone else.” Nathaniel Branden

My shocking discovery about most humans on planet Earth is that they have a low self-esteem conditioned into them by religion and advertising that tells them they are not good enough. I am here to say that it is high time to break these fake chains of low self-worth and low self-esteem by accepting and allowing that every human on the planet was and is born whole, great, with high self-worth and high self-esteem. Soul, Spirit does not create trash. It creates in its own image of abundance and prosperity which is the divine inheritance of every human in the Universe.

How do we begin to see our real selves, the real selves that are of high self-esteem? Start by believing in yourself and say this mantra in your mirrors while you look directly into your eyes: “I am a winner, a contributor, an achiever. I believe in me.” During the three weeks of using this mantra every day, multiple times a day, also resolve to parent your ego that wishes to compare, compete, control, approve and judge. Whenever your ego speaks to you using these modalities, simply speak to it and reassure it that you are OK and that there is no need to compare yourself to any other. You are who you are and that’s good enough. Make sure you do no use this practice to create a false sense of security in yourself where you do nothing to grow your intellect, soul and Spirit. We can all always be better and that’s the fun of life...getting better and better as a human being in every way possible.

High self-esteem is accepting yourself for who you are, warts and all and being confident that you are a unique being unto yourself. Comparing yourself to anyone else is just a defense mechanism born out of a frail and uncontrolled ego.
