1. Indentify what is draining you and what is energizing you.
2. Stay positive.
3. Stay grounded.
4. Don't be afraid to straight up leave a toxic person hanging.
5. Visualize a shield.
6. Don't be afraid to say no.
7. Learn about chakras.
8. Smudge regularly.
10. Leave time for you.
11. Keep your home warm and comfortable.
12. Take care of yourself.
These are a must, especially for empaths and highly sensitive people.
