"What you fear most, you will become." This is the lesson of Rabbit medicine which is the archetype of an animal of prey and a fear caller. To make it plain: when you evince fear, you call more of it to yourself.

Do not be like Rabbit and live in the fear that some one or thing is going to get you. When you think like an animal of prey, someone or thing will get you because YOU have called that vibration of fear to yourself.

Instead, be fearless. Walk your path knowing that you are an eternal being. There is no end, there is no fear, there is no pain, there is no suffering, there is no lack. These are branches of fear that you call to yourself by your belief in fear. You have made an agreement with fear to let it rule you.

Fear is an old tool of survival. You have gone beyond survival, knowing that you will always have sustainance, you will always have plenty, you will always have many blessings because you have changed your agreement with fear to negate it. No other shoe is going to drop. When you release fear, when you don't believe in it any more, it has no sway over you. You are no longer a fear caller.

Put your ego on notice that fear is no longer a part of who you are. You no longer take fear medicine.

Every day, little by little, do small things that you are afraid of but do these things with wisdom and discernment, not foolishness. If you are afraid of speaking in public, go speak to a small group, if you are afraid of bugs, pick one up wearing a glove, do not kill it, if you are afraid of being rejected, reach out to someone with a poem. You will become stronger and stronger in overcoming your fears, whatever your fear might be.

Do not let your fears control you. Agree with fear that its time in your life has come to an end. Your new mantra is: "fearless."
