Do I Really Need To Share My Insights?

A trusted spiritual friend of mine remarked the other day that my spiritual realizations that I share were egocentric in nature and that while it was OK to share my musings, while it was OK to come from the ego a touch, it was egotistic at its core. He said that based on this, there is NO NEED to share my realizations with anyone. I thought about what he said for a few days and here is what I believe.

There is no way for me not to come from ego. I am a human composed of a persona/psyche/ego and part of my awareness sees life through the lens of my smaller self. When I share my spiritual realizations, there IS a part of it that is ego in that there is some desire to control, approve, judge, compete and compare but what is the motivation?  At the same time, my ego’s desire to aggrandize is important because it is a gateway to higher spiritual awareness. I need my egocentric ability to hear what my Spirit and soul are telling me and I have to have the will to accept it for myself and to be a wayshower for others. I can certainly keep it all to myself but I find this to be un-spiritual.

I decided that sharing my spiritual thoughts was also based on seeking affirmation and corroboration of my spiritual experience to see if I am on the right path, to see whether my thoughts are being guided by Spirit, soul or are they just self-centered mental chatter. I decided that when I speak about my spiritual thoughts, I am looking to see what others experience so that I may validate that it IS something we all are going though in our collective journey to soul enhancement and that I am on the right path. I decided that I am not looking to be better than or compete with anyone in spiritual oneupsmanship. I am not trying to top anyone. I am simply working on being better.

If it is true that when I speak about my spiritual thoughts that I am ego-driven, what does that say for all of those who have shared their spiritual thoughts in the Bible, the Koran, in other sacred texts, in all the books written about spiritual ideas and experiences? Are they all just ego? Can we really say their motivations were just all ego or a touch of ego? I think not.

All I can say is that these spiritual realizations that I have definitely boost my sense of self and for me it is the sense of Higher Self not my little self where I want to aggrandize a “I am better than you,” or “I am further ahead of you on the spiritual path” type of attitude. These spiritual realizations that I have that I post here help me to sharpen my quiet confidence. Yes, there must be some egocentric aspect to my spiritual realizations because I have an ego and I perceive it as the gateway to apprehending the more ethereal realities that are here. I can say that I am NOT egocentric, I am behaving egoically and that is OK with me as long as I don’t use it to dominate others.

I Am Feeling My Light Body

My Spirit, my soul has asked me to concentrate on my Spirit, my soul. I often wondered why it did this, what did it want from me? I discovered that in this lifetime, it was my destiny to connect with and be my Spirit, be my soul in order to not only accept that I am Spirit, I am soul having a human experience but that I can function from Spirit, from soul while I am in my body. What happened then?

When I began to accept that I am Spirit, I am soul, these aspects of myself spoke to me and let me know that I was not emanating Light, my Spirit, my soul. These aspects were emanating me. The Light that I saw around me was not coming from me, the human. I, the human, was being projected by my Light body. My Light body was the creator of my human body and I, the human, was in my Light body and not my Light body in my human body. See what I mean?

What this lead to was actually getting communiques from my Light body. It started “talking” to me but not as humans talk in a spoken language. This Light body language was in the language of sensing, of a feeling and the feelings were very clear and precise so that there would be no mistake in what my Light body was telling me. It also speaks in pictures just like when I dream. In this case, I saw a bluish, white Light surrounding me and it gave me a sense of a very powerful entity, a very solid being like the rock of Gibraltar. Believe what you want of this and it was my experience with my Light body which I now realize I am in. My Light body is not in me, I am in my Light body. So, now, when I see the Light emanating off of me, I know that I am seeing my real self. Why is this important?

This is important to the collective consciousness of humanity because humanity believes that the physical is all there is and has made up all these imaginary things about Spirit which are misguided. What things are those? The biggest misconception is that Spirit is separate from us, that Spirit is “out there” somewhere, in some place else. Another one is that when we die, we go back to Spirit. False. We are Spirit now having a human experience and when we died, we simply are our Light bodies right here, right now. There is no going anywhere. You’re still in your same consciousness, whatever that was while you were having your human experience.

These days, I am feeling my Light body. I see it, I feel it, I acknowledge and function from it. This makes me an aware soul traveler. I am a conscious being having a conscious human experience. I believe this is something for you to consider for yourself as well.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: Self-Acceptance

Self-Acceptance

One of the biggest inner discoveries of my life was finding out that in order to be accepted by others, to be able to belong to the outer community, I had to accept myself first. What does that mean, accept yourself first? I found out that self-acceptance meant liking, loving myself, my persona/psyche/ego just the way it was, good, bad or indifferent. It meant dropping my self-loathing and learning to be exactly who and what I am and then looking at what behaviors no longer served me and working on bettering how I interacted with myself and others. When I accepted myself totally, I found myself being accepted by the community at large. I became authentic. I was me and that was good enough for me. I didn’t need to change me in the sense that I needed to be someone else or strive for some glamorous but false notion of the perfect person. I could be me and a better version of me as I continued to work on shoring up my weaknesses and capitalizing on my strengths. Why is this important?

From my experience with self-acceptance, with fully accepting myself, this perspective of life is critical because it allows us to follow our true destiny and one can only do that by being exactly who they are. Once you accept who you are, blemishes and all, you begin to attract all that is needed to achieve your destiny in life. Remember, you attract what you are. If you are not authentically yourself, you attract that which is contrary to who you really are and become imbalanced, out of touch with the core of your being. You not being you and wanting to be someone else Is playing a game of hide and seek with your real self. It becomes a life of frustration because you don’t live according to your own natural self but the sense of self of another. You allow who you are to be determined by someone else. You are always on the outside looking in.

How did I achieve full self-acceptance? While it took me a long time, it was a matter of examining
myself, seeing what was there, finding out who I really am, discovering my true weaknesses, strengths, my likes and dislikes, my talents, my beliefs and my desires. I say that this took me a long time because this effort of self-discovery of my real self was not only a difficult process, it was also difficult for me to believe who I really was.

All my life I thought I was less than others, weak, worthless, when I come to find out that I am very powerful and that others wanted to be just like me. That was a huge revelation for me and I had to accept that I am very powerful.  To accept yourself takes effort. It takes delving deep into yourself and seeing what’s there. It takes guts, bravery and persistence. Even though it was a struggle, it paid off big dividends because in the end, I discovered who I really am and I accepted ALL OF WHO I AM WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. It was the key to my greatest successes in life and achieving all my dreams. Self-acceptance, I found, is truly the key, the secret, the giant step to a life of power.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: I Cleanse My Subconscious

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: I Cleanse My Subconscious: I have found that my subconscious mind is a storehouse for everything I believe about myself whether it’s true or not. My subconscious mind ...

I Cleanse My Subconscious

I have found that my subconscious mind is a storehouse for everything I believe about myself whether it’s true or not. My subconscious mind takes both the real and unreal things I say to myself, whether they are true or not and stores them until I decide that they are no longer serving me. In this way, I cleanse my subconscious. Why is this critical?

It is critical to cleanse your subconscious because, whether you know it or not, it is the receptacle of all that you are consuming, good, bad or indifferent and those ideational programs simply keep rehashing themselves in your subconscious mind like a program in a computer you have not signed out of. What happens is that these unidentifiable programs you keep in the deep recesses of your mind are influencing your day to day life without you being consciously aware of them. For example, you may desire to be successful and have lots of money and no matter what you do, you can never achieve the level of monetary success you desire. The reason for this lack is that somewhere in your subconscious mind is the belief that money is bad, you don’t deserve it or is the root of all evil, etc. You desire money but your subconscious is sabotaging you from achieving your dream because your mind is confused with two opposing beliefs you are telling yourself, one is your conscious mind where you say that you want lots of money and the other is your subconscious mind that says money is evil. These thoughts are cancelling out any good actions you do to be successful. Most people have many of these conflicting doo-loops operationing as open programs in their subconscious mind. What do to?

This is where cleansing your subconscious comes in. How does one cleanse one’s subconscious? They are a number of techniques including hypnotherapy that can help you connect the dots and
assist you in shutting down these subconscious programs that are not serving your highest interests. Getting therapy and talking it out with a therapist is another form of facing yourself and seeing what things in your subconscious are sabotaging your success. Another excellent tool for digging into your subconscious mind is meditation. This is where you go within and specifically ask yourself to show you what in your subconscious mind needs cleansing. At first, you may need guided meditations, that is, someone who is trustworthy and proficient at guiding you into your subconscious and assisting you in closing down the subconscious program that is affecting you negatively.

I have found that this work of cleansing your subconscious mind takes dedication, patience and perseverance because you are dealing with years of beliefs running in your subconscious mind that have guided your behavior and now you are delving into the deeper part of yourself in order to change your behavior. It’s hard work but well worth it.

I have done this work and believe me when I tell you that I was surprised at what I believed and what programs I had that were still running in my subconscious mind. I had all kinds of beliefs that I had grown out of but were still affecting my life in negative ways.  If you have never done this kind of work before, I highly encourage you to find a trusted and knowledgeable person who can guide you in cleansing your subconscious and teach you how to do this for yourself.

All I can say is that it will free you from being held prisoner by thoughts and beliefs that you don’t even know are diminishing your life. This work takes facing yourself and going within. If this type of work is foreign to you, it will feel a little strange at first this delving into the inner regions of your mind. In the end, it is, from what I have experienced, well worth the effort. The biggest result that I have seen is being able to manifest things in my life with nothing blocking them because I found that the greatest blocks to my success were my own subconscious fears.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: I Am With You Physically, Mentally, Emotionally an...: When I am with you, I am with you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What does this mean? It means that when I relate to you...

I Am With You Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually

When I am with you, I am with you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What does this mean? It means that when I relate to you, all my faculties are present in engaging with you. I am not out to lunch where any of my functions are either missing or asleep. For example, when I’m with you, I am not thinking of someone else or feeling like I want to be with someone else. I am with you, all the way. I am present and accounted for in my state of being and that state of being is completely here, now. I am no where else in my presence. Why is this important?

Being with someone in every aspect of my being is important because I find most people distracted when they are with me or they simply can’t see me because they are not aware enough. For example, someone who is with me will ask a question about where I have been in the world but never engage me about my spiritual, emotional or mental understandings at all. They will also engage me on the level of glamor, the surface level and never see the deeper aspects of me. They will judge me on the surface level aspects of my body and never see the “more” of me beyond the surface level. What happens is that they miss who I really am, even though they can feel me, they remain unconscious, thinking they know me from the casual connection they have made with me. While I can maintain small talk, relate to people on a surface level, I am not good at being in relationships where it’s only surface level all the time. If you want to be “with” me, you’re going to have to be with me physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I am an all in kind of person. If you can’t do that, it’s OK. You are just not going to be with me. I bring every aspect of who I am to my relationships. I am not distracted. You are the central focus of my now.

How can you bring all your bodies to bare in a relationship? You have to start by realizing that you
have multiple bodies and you are not just a physical body. You have a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body, each separate, each unique, each definable as its own presence. You have to be able to know how each one of your bodies is doing, how it’s feeling, what it’s up to. This takes contemplation, meditation, effort, determination and persistence in going within and seeing that you are more than just a physical body or fleeting thoughts or troublesome feelings.

As a matter of fact, your real nature is Spirit. Your physical body is illusive and impermanent. It is your Spirit, your Soul that is permenant. It lives forever and that which lives forever is what you bring to your relationships, not the surface level, glamorous human with its ego, persona and psyche. While those aspects are important, it is the deeper aspects of feeling, thinking and soulfulness that are the critical elements in deeper relationships. I don’t discount the physical because we are physical beings and being sensual is important but there is more to the story that most people disconnect from at their own loss.

May I suggest that you resolve, if you have not already done so, to broaden your concept of what a
relationship with another consists of. From what I have experienced, it goes way beyond the sensual and it is those things beyond the sensual that really determine the success of a relationship.

Earth...The Victims Paradise

Earth is the victims paradise. Why do I see this? I see this because most of the people on Earth practice the idea that they are not enough, they are not worth much and they are born in sin, they are dirty and must go through something or someone else for “salvation” and salvation is code for being a victor. With this victim mentality firmly entrenched in their consciousness, it is easy to see why most people on Earth attract victimization to themselves. People...listen up: victims attract victims; victors attract victors. It’s that simple. How can you change this victim mentality if you have it?

To remove yourself from this victims paradise, stop thinking like a victim. Stop believing you are worthless. Start improving your sense of self-worth by realizing all the power of potential is WITHIN YOU and you don’t need anything or anyone else to go through or get it from. Stop the “poor me” charade; the pity party shenanigans; the looking up to others who you believe were born better than you, etc., etc.

All humans are equal and all humans are in the process of becoming more aware. All humans have some kind of karma they are facing. Everyone on Earth is now going through a major shift to a higher level of consciousness. There is never a point of arrival. The game of existence is a game of infinite growth and expansion of awareness. There is no destination; only the journey. The journey, the experience is the destination and everyone is experiencing their own consciousness reflected back to them. When you are in victim consciousness...that is your life experience!!!

So when you hold on to your victim thoughts and beliefs, your perpetuate those very thoughts by attracting people, situations, experiences and occasions where victimization comes to you to tell you you are right: you are a victim. It is time to get out of victim consciousness. From my own
experiences with being a victim, you must start by stopping putting yourself down. Understand that
you ARE worthy of everything just the way you are. You are unique and your deserve the best. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. You are a victor just by who and what you are. No need to go though anyone or anything to reach a level of salvation or being saved. You were saved when you were born.

Resolve to shake off these shackles of victimhood and take on the mantle of being a victor. Once you start seeing yourself as a victor; you will attract victorious things into your life. The very first step to get out of victim prison is to BELIEVE you are a victor. Believe it in your heart, mind and soul and you will find that victorious people, situations and occurances will be attracted to you. This is just the way it is. Choose your destiny. Victim or victor?

The Micro Of The Macro

My destiny in this lifetime was to realize, accept, allow and be the micro of the Macro. What? Please let me explain. All my life, I have felt a mystical presence in my life. I did not understand what is was until now. What I have come to see is that I am a microcosmic cell of God, Spirit, the Universe, the All There Is or whatever you wish to call God. I am a microcosmic aspect of the Macrocosmic reality of God. Just like each cell in my body is a microcosmic aspect of me and all my cells together make up what I am as a human and Spirit in the Macroscosmic sense of a whole human with trillions of cells; so too am I a cell in the body of God with all the aspects, characteristics, abilities and realities of God itself. I am a cell of God having a physical experience as a human. What does this signify?

This signifies that I am God also. I am not ALL of God, just a cell of God but God nonetheless. If you go to the Himalayan mountains and take a piece of that mountain with you in your pocket, it is still the Himalayas but is in your pocket. It has not changed to be something else even though you took it out of the mountain. It is the same idea with being God both inside and out. I don’t see or experience God as just “out there.” I am God inside and out just like my physical cells are me inside and out. The implications of this are enormous in that if I am a cell of God then I can do what God does: Create, manifest at will.

I acknowledge now that I am a co-creator with God right here, right now. What this means is that I have no limitations. I am Cosmic. I can do whatever God does and the fact that I am God-conscious means that I can be felt on the other side of the Cosmos just like the cell in my toe can feel the cell in my brain. My cells are both physically aware and are God-conscious at the same time.

This is antithetical to the prevailing religious beliefs of humankind. Humanity has it in their head that they are seeing God only “out there” which is a limitation of epic proportions. They believe that they are not the mountain even though they are a piece of it. I say again, they don’t believe they are the mountain. Most of the humans on Earth don’t see themselves as God inside, as the microcosm of the Macrocosm. This is a limitation and they have chosen to be limited. I have chosen to accept, allow and be God both inside and out. What I am inside, which is God, touches, speaks to, connects with God that is outside. Just like the healthy cells in my body speak to all the other cells in my body and know they are in health, so too does my beingness of God consciousness “speak” to all the cells in the body of God.

You can say that I am an “aware” cell in the body of God. I am aware that I am a piece of God and have all the functions of God. Anything I can intend, I can have. Anything that I can imagine, I can
create. I am a piece of God, a cell of God in a manifestation of a human having the experiences of humanity as well as Spirit. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Time To Be Impeccable

In my estimation, now is the time that our culture needs impeccable people to step forward. It is time to be impeccable. What does it mean to be impeccable and why is it needed now?

In my experience with being impeccable which is a state of being that is never complete; I have found impeccability to be simply the best use of my energy level. In being impeccable, I have experienced that it calls for:

1. Frugality.

2. Thoughtfulness.

3. Simplicity.

4. Innocence.

And above all:

5. Lack of self-reflection.

The reason being impeccable is needed now in our world is that most people are mesmerized by glamor where everything is a distraction. This distraction has taken people out of their balance, out of their code of ethics, out of their connection to Spirit. It is living on a surface level all the time and
leaves many dis-empowered with no sense of an internal guidance system except for the precepts of the ego which is “eat or be eaten.”

Taking on impeccability allows one to be more centered from within and able to withstand the storms of ultra-control, greed, approval, judgement, competition and comparison that is coming from the outside in the form of collective consciousness. When you are impeccable, you are not necessarily moral but you are ethical and principled and know the right thing to do that has nothing to do with right and wrong.

Being impeccable is a state that arises from being wise, being aware. This impeccable state comes from within, not from a cell phone or any other technology. It is a soul-inspired state of being and its time has come. Seek to be impeccable now.

What You Resist Will Persist

I have found through experience that what I feared most, I became. Why is this true? I found this to be true because what I resisted in my life always persisted. Whenever I refused to deal with or ignored my fears, they would go away for a short while and then reappear later on in an even bigger way in my life. For example, as a young adult in my early 20’s, one of my biggest fears was being assertive, that is, speaking up for myself. I disliked confrontation of any kind and would never address any wrongs done to me.

I finally faced this fear in my mid-20’s when living with a roommate who was very assertive and I had to learn how to set boundaries and speak my mind. It was hard at first as it called up my fears of confronting people.

Once I learned how to face this fear, the fear disappeared. From that point on, I became more assertive and was able to speak up for myself while also practicing facing other fears. Every time I shied away from facing a fear, it only made that fear worse. The fear persisted until I looked it in the eye and overcame it. I also saw that when I feared, the fear actually became a fear-calling device, that is, my fear itself, called more fear into my life. I was like a scared rabbit. An animal of prey. I would invariably become what I feared the most, I would experience more of that fear in my life.

Once I realized that becoming fearful and not addressing fear would call more fear, I stopped myself from being fearful by facing the fear. At first it was challenging but by keeping at it and facing the fear square in the face and not resisting my knee jerk reaction to run away or ignore my fear, I overcame the fear never to have it come into my life again.

Make no mistake, you have to be very persistent with your fears. Fear is a natural part of being human. We all have fears. I am talking about being frozen by fear where it runs your life and you end up completely controlled by your fears. I refused to be controlled by my fears and I confronted them and still am. At this juncture, I simply don’t resist my fears. I look at them and roll around in the dirt with them. I get dirty but I get used to the feeling of dirt and see that it’s not all that bad. Fear becomes my ally and this allows me to no longer be an animal of prey. I am now a predator, stalking fear itself. Fear is afraid of ME.

Grounded Or Untethered

My discovery about having more happiness in my life was in choosing to be mindful in my actions rather than untethered in my actions. What do I mean by this? I found out that by approaching my experiences mindfully, that is, going into my experiences with intent, with a reason for doing them whether they were for amusement, recreation or learning, caused me to have a more grounded experience as opposed to what I call an “untethered” experience in which I am distracted and not paying attention to how I really feel in that moment. When I am unthethered, I am unconscious and not connected to myself. Why does this matter?

I feel that it matters to be mindful rather than mindless because when you are experiencing mindfullness, you are enjoying a richer experience. All of the senses are engaged including the sense of Self. You are tripping on acid without taking the acid. It’s a deeper experience where you are with yourself and feel yourself. You are more alive.

Now, who wouldn't want to have a more alive experience? I have found that those who are afraid of confronting their aliveness are more want to distract themselves into an unthethered, unconscious state. They just can’t handle being alive and that is experiencing both the light and the darkness within. Being truly connected to yourself and grounded is a very powerful state of being and takes some getting used to.

How do you start on the path of mindfulness? First, stop doing everything for recreational reasons. Sure, you can approach some experiences for recreation but not as a lifestyle because it tends to be one big distraction from yourself and leaves you essentially wanting, empty and unhappy. True contentment comes from the richer, mindful experiences where you are conscious of why you are doing something. Life IS a party but you can’t always be unconsciously trashing your body with sex, drugs and rock n roll if you want to have a sense of  inner awareness and connection to Self which is the real state of joy and happiness that most people seek.

Make distracting yourself the exception rather than the rule, I say. Confront what is inside and laugh at your demons. Stay grounded my friends, drink from the fountain of awareness.

How To Be Spiritual

Many people ask, “How can I be more spiritual?” It’s a very odd question to ask where I come from although it’s one of the most fundamental questions of the ages for human beings. So, what is the answer? How can one be more spiritual?

Through my experience of being Spirit having had many human experiences, you cannot attain more spirituality than the spirituality you have, you already are. You are Spirit already. You are an incarnated soul having a physical, actionable experience on an orb called Earth hurtling through space at 17,000 miles an hour. You already contain Spirit, so, you are already spiritual. Everyone is spiritual. The real question is, “Am I aware that I am Spirit having a human experience?” When you, as a human, come to terms that your true essence is Spirit, then you own your spirituality, not before. What does this mean?

It means that being spiritual is a state of allowing Spirit within yourself, as who you really are. The main actionable experience of allowing Spirit is feeling Spirit inside you and inside other human beings and inside everything there is. You don’t act spiritual, you feel spiritual. No amount of crystals, Mala beads, incense, temples, churches, synagogues, gurus, ayahuasca, shamans, etc. will make you more spiritual. All these trappings can do is lead you to your Spirit within. Spiritual is feeling the presence of Spirit within. It’s a connection with Spirit from the inside of your being. You realize you are Spirit and you commune with this energy both inside and outside of yourself (by the way, there is no outside of yourself).

So, the answer to “how can I be more spiritual” is simply by accepting, allowing and then being the true essence of who you are-Spirit engaged in expanding its awareness in a dense third dimensional matrix. In order to allow Spirit, you have to go within and connect to where Spirit lives. It lives inside you. Once you have connected with Spirit inside you, you automatically connect with Spirit in everything around you. Spirit “hears” you in everything once you connect with it inside. That is the true definition, in my experience, of being spiritual. Being spiritual means you ARE Spirit now.

Please understand that we can celebrate Spirit with rituals, with accoutrements, with religion, with erecting temples but understand that Spirit does not dwell in these things. Spirit dwells in you. Accepting that is the first step to actually being Spiritual.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: Take Back Your Power

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: Take Back Your Power: I have taken back my power. I no longer give my power away to anyone and anything. I have accepted my Ascended Master status which is spirit...

Take Back Your Power

I have taken back my power. I no longer give my power away to anyone and anything. I have accepted my Ascended Master status which is spiritual strength and power. Nothing has power OVER me but Spirit has power WITH me as I am a luminary, a sage, a wise one and a supreme manifestor. Why is this so important?

This is very important because we live on a planet where 80 to 90% of the people here have given up their power to something or someone else. For example, many people give up their power to a guru or money or a church or a teacher or the government or a religious or political idea in that they are convinced these things hold power OVER them. They believe their power comes from something or someone else and that they, themselves, are devoid of power. This is false. All humans are born with power, the power of their soul, the power of their Spirit, the power of their being God also. What God is, they are. This is what is meant by man being made in the image of God. Man IS God, WITH ego. God IS man, MINUS ego. See what I mean?

So, why has most of mankind given up its power? The reason mankind has given up its power is because it has been conditioned to by religion and society in order to be controlled, to be approved of, to be judged, to be compared with and to compete with. A very good example is all the killing, proselytizing, missionary work people around the world are doing in competition with who has the “truest” religion. Contrary to popular opinion, all religions are true. God doesn’t care how you come to know God, as long as you are coming to know God. To be in egocentricity when coming to know God is the loss of power because you give up your power to that which is outside you. You say, “God is over there” when God is inside you and inside everything. This is God’s country where everything
is alive with God’s Spirit, with infinite intelligence.

I encourage you to take back your power. It’s OK to admit that you are an Ascended Master or on the fast track to becoming one. If you feel powerless, stop giving your power away. Stop making things and people more powerful than you. A cell phone does not own you. Money does not own you. A press agent does not own you. They are not more powerful than you. Get out of your conditioned somnambulant state and see, with clarity, that you are all powerful.

Take back your power. Don’t waste another second feeling powerless.

“We”

I notice on line that people who often launch into political diatribes always talk about their people as “we” as if they live in a divided camp of “them,” “they” and “we.” “We” belong to all those on MY side and “they” belong to all those on the “other” side. Whether the people who launch these opinions know it or not, this thinking, this belief system is the height of separation consciousness that sees no connection between anything. To these objectifiers, everything is a dead object with no inherent spirit, even human beings. Why is this a mistake?

This is a mistaken belief system because it is in opposition to the truth of the matter. The truth is that we are all connected in a cosmic web. Everything is the same energy of Spirit, of God, of the All There Is, the Universe, the Cosmos. We are all connected. Just because everything looks disconnected to the human sensory system doesn’t mean it is. Separation consciousness is a low level of awareness that does not believe that there is a connecting Spirit in every thing that exists. Separation consciousness believes that there is no life in anything and that everything is clinical, objectified, dead, a machine. This is the Cartesian and Newtonian misguided theories still influencing humanities’ understanding of the true nature of existence which is a living organism that is everlasting and infinite that exists as a web of consciousness throughout the Cosmos in which everything is connected.

“We” as in we over here and you over there is a mistaken and misguided notion since there is no over there and over here. There is only here. There is no there. There is no outside myself. Everything is inside. My living experience is an inner experience. When I see you, there is no you. There is only what I perceive of you inside me and therefore you are me.

So, when people give their opinions on line and start saying to their crowd, “we are such and such and they are such and such, it is the height of separation consciousness because there is no other. There is no “I” or “we” or “they” or “them.” There is only it. We and everything in existence are a part of IT. What is IT?  May I encourage you to find that out for yourself.

How To Listen To Your Soul

I have learned how to listen to my soul. How does it speak to me so that I understand it? I have found through experience that the soul does not always talk in words although on occasion it does. It’s most dominant means of communication is through symbology, through dreams, through images, through feelings. It does not come through thoughts. It speaks more along the lines of hunches, intuition, psychic visions and the like. Why is it important to listen to your soul?

My discovery of listening to my soul was the foundation of having a guide that lead me to my destiny. I may not have initially realized it was my soul talking to me but I was open enough to heed its promptings and ended up realizing many beautiful experiences in my life because of it and ultimately, my destiny.

At first, when my soul spoke to me, it felt like something was telling me I needed to do a thing. It came through a feeling that I must do such and such and I would follow that sense. The more I so-called listened to my soul, the more clear its communication became. I noticed that the soul never spoke in the voice of my ego, that is, it never prompted me to control others, judge others, approve of others, compare myself to others or compete with others, never asked me to feel better than others. The above also goes for how I felt about myself. I soon realized that my soul spoke to me through its desire to expand its awareness and this I found it most often did by taking me out of my comfort zone. For example, it would ask me to change my locale, who I was living with and sometimes it came out of nowhere and the places it asked me to move to were often not of my own natural
proclivity.

I found that my soul didn’t care what my ego thought at all. If my soul wanted a thing, it was going to get it. My soul did not mess around with achieving our destiny.

So, again, how does one listen to one’s soul? From my vantage point, I suggest listening to that small voice whispering in the back of your mind. If the voice is asking you to harm yourself and others, if it is ego-based, it is not your soul. The soul does not speak like a human at all. It is not human even though it can project a human form for its needs which is to gain greater awareness of itself. It WILL achieve its destiny and you are welcome to come along for the ride...or not!

I Dont’ Believe In Missionary Work

I don’t believe in spreading my spiritual message around the world by going on missionary trips to try to change the religion of others because I believe my religion or spirituality is superior or better or the only one or the true one. There are many religions that go around the world to “save” others because they believe they have the right religion. To me, this is the height of ego, the height or arrogance. Who are these people to say they have the answers?

To me, spiritualuality is a personal thing, God is inside and it is up to each person to find God inside. Allow people to find God inside them and stop running around the world doing missionary work that is the most insidious form of ego control there is on the planet. Your religion and spirituality is not better or truer than anyone else’s. If you are superior in your religious beliefs, keep it to yourself. You are allowed to believe whatever you desire, in my book. Believe about God and spirituality what you wish but don’t come to my country and tell me I have to change the way I see God because it’s not good enough for you or that I need to be saved. I don’t need to be saved. You need to be saved.

Instead of missionary work in a foreign country, why don’t you build homes for the homeless? Why don’t you feed the hungry? Why don’t you go to Syria and help rebuild that war torn country? Why don’t you help to prevent suicide in teens? Why don’t you work to prevent homelessness in teens? Why don’t you keep the elderly company? Why don’t you help people in your own city, your own back yard instead of traveling to a foreign country or another state or city and proselytizing your religion?

When you have the audacity to go to another country and tell those people they need to change their
religion, you are practicing the height of glamor. I don’t believe you are going there to save anyone. It’s a big lie. You are going there to convert people so that they can pay your church more money and so that your church has more congregants to pay more money to keep that church afloat. It’s sickening.

I don’t believe in missionary work. It’s false work. Keep your religion to yourself and let people work
out their religious beliefs for themselves. Who are you anyway to be proselytizing? You don’t have all the answers!!!! What you are is greedy and egocentric.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: I See And Am The Light

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: I See And Am The Light: I see my light and I am that light. What is that light? That light is the light of God. That light is in everything. What does this signify?...

I See And Am The Light

I see my light and I am that light. What is that light? That light is the light of God. That light is in everything. What does this signify?

The fact that I see my light and I am that light signifies that the energy of God is with me, right here. This flies in the face of the popular notion, the belief purveyed by religions that God is out there somewhere. God is not here where I am according to the religions I have studied that say I have to go through someone in order to know God. This is false. God is here with me and in me. I need no one and nothing to be God.

This has not been easy to accept. I am not saying that I am the TOTALITY OF GOD. I am saying that I am A PIECE OF GOD. A PIECE. Accepting that I am a piece of God is a quantum leap of faith. I am still processing this within my being. Why am I processing this discovery, this reality?

When I thought about why I am still processing that I am God also, it dawned on me that I am afraid of God, afraid of myself. I’m afraid of myself? The idea that I am afraid of myself, afraid of God, was in itself, a mind bending concept to wrap my head around. Why would I be afraid of myself? Where I discovered this fear originated from is my ego. My ego tells me that it is afraid of that which is more than it because it fears being usurped, being overriden, being made to feel less than. My ego and ego in general doesn’t like that. It wants to survive at all costs and behave fearfullly in its attempt to get me to make it the final arbiter in who I am and not God. Isn’t the ego some piece of work?

What do I do now? The only thing I can do is remain friends with my ego and assure it that I am not
abandoning it, not toppling it. I simply tell it that we are OK and that we are just expanding our concept of ourselves with the ego along for the ride. I tell it that we have moved from an I to a WE. I tell my ego that I love it and it then relaxes so that I can be God also. Does this make sense?

This process has been one of meeting my destiny. I have realized that I am a piece of God. Hopefully, that and 50 cents will get me a cup of coffee!!!

I Saw God And Realized It Was Me

I can see my aura, the bluish, white light emanating from my body. You can take that any way you want but it’s a fact. I was once afraid of this light as it is very bright like a strong fluorescent light coming off my body and I thought I was seeing things or that this light was coming from somewhere else. It’s not from somewhere else, its from me. Why is this important?

The importance of this experience is that I can see this energy, this energy is calling me and asking me to face who I really am and it is me and it is also, I intuit, part of God and I am afraid of it. In a sense, it is my burning bush experience. I realize that it is my ego that is afraid but my soul will have none of this fear. Please understand, the fear is not like the fear of encountering a bear in the woods where one fears for one’s life. This fear is the fear of Self, of not believing that I am this incredible energy that I am seeing emanating off my body. It is the fear of like what is this. What did I decide to do?

Seeing this emananation from my body is nothing new with me. What is new is the intensity of the light. So, at this juncture of encountering this intensity of light right next to me, at my night table in my bedroom while the lights are off, I decided to talk to it. In talking to it, I admitted that I was startled by it but that I am ready to face it, accept it, allow it and ultimately, love it. It did not “talk” to me as a human talks. It talked to me in a sense I got from it, from myself. It said that, “yes, this is you. This is also part of God. You and God are one being. Wherever you are, God is and vice versa. What you are seeing as this light emanating from you is you and God both. Don’t be afraid of this as this is YOU.” This happened last Friday and I have been thinking about it since, processing, allowing.

I do believe that I saw God and I believe that it was and is me. I am a piece of God having a human, physical experience that is real and palpable. It’s not a joke. I am not demented or have hallucinations. I don’t take drugs or drink alcohol, so I am in my right mind all the time. You cannot call me a luney tunes. I am sane and I am experiencing the essence of myself, of God, I am having my burning bush experience but I am not on Mount Ararat, I am in my bedroom seeing this incredible light all around me.

I saw God and realized it was me. I have put that in my pipe and smoked it. Have you?

God Is Not The Boogeyman

When I first starting perceiving God, Spirit inside and outside myself, it felt like the big, bad boogeyman. I was very scared of what I was perceiving. It was just too strong for me as a five year old child and I could not deal with this power yet. It took me many years to calm down and recognize, accept, allow and process this immense power, this energy called God. For me, it was a deep and visceral experience. It was not preconceived notions, ideas or beliefs of God but an experiential, mystical occurance that was very powerful. I had to grow into it and when I did, I discovered that God was not the boogeyman nor was God the God painted by any sacred texts including the Bible, meaning God was not vengeful and did not have any human attributes at all.

I discovered that all the words that had been used to describe God were human words that were opinions of what a human experienced. It was not MY experience. My experience differed from what was written in the Bible and I decided to let go of what was written in the Bible. That material in it’s description of God did not resonate with me because it portrays God as vengeful. Why didn’t it resonate with me?

The depiction of God in the Bible did not resonate with me because it places human qualities on God. God, I discovered is not human, has no human qualities whatsoever and trying to put human qualities on God is foolish and misguided.

Man has been trying to figure out what God it since the dawn of time on Earth. I say, stop trying to figure out what God is and start being God for without man’s consciousness of God, there is no God. Without our conscious awareness of God, we can’t have this conversation because we would not be perceiving God in the way we do.

The way I perceive God is as a part of who I am. God is me, is in me, as is everything in my reality. God is not easy to handle as God is a powerful force but God is not the boogeyman. God is not some being who gives and takes away. God just is. God is Spirit having a human experience. God is within us and as such, God is not to be feared. God is to be loved, appreciated, to have gratitude for and to be thankful for. God is not my grandfather giving me things and taking things away. That’s just
fakery. I do not ask God for things. I thank God that I already have them.

The Sense Of Self

I was born with the sense of Self. As a young child, growing up in Manhattan, I would sit in the back of my family’s car while my father drove around the city, looking out the window. It was often very quiet in that car and as I gazed out the window at the sky, I would always sense a presence, something there, a feeling that it was alive and with me. I did not understand what it was I was perceiving as a small child. I do now. I was perceiving the sense of Self. What did I perceive?

As you can see, I have capitalized the first letter of the world Self. This is because what I perceived as a small child was the sense of the larger Self or what is known as Spirit, God, the Creative Source Infinite Intelligence. I call it the sense of Self because as a human being, I am perceiving it with my senses as well as with my chakras, my aura, my feelings, my thoughts and because I live in a sensual reality as a human, my physical body. As a child, I perceived this sense of Self very purely. I did not analyze it, I just felt it or you can say, perceived it.

I enjoyed the sense of Self, this perception because I guess I enjoyed what I now call a mystical feeling that it gave me at the time and still does. From that point on, I had an association with the Self that was very intimate but I didn’t realize or truly understand it until I was an adult.

As an adult, I then began to work on this sense of Self. I began to consciously connect with it, to accept it, to allow it in my reality. What happened was that this sense of Self began to assist me in expanding my awareness of it and the realities beyond the ordinary. I began to live in a non-ordinary reality or an alternate reality where this Self guided me and I wasn’t always conscious of its guidance, that is, I didn’t know it was guiding me. There were things that I did and I really didn’t know why I was doing them. Something inside me caused me to act toward my greater destiny and some other thing inside me was able to listen to this sense of Self, pay attention enough to act on the positive impulses it gave me.

Working on my sense of Self helped me to expand my awareness of this and other realities beyond this one we live in and connect with my High Self , the sense of Self that has been my guide all my life steering me into the unknown where all potentials and possibilities exist. By listening to my Higher Self, the only Self that is here because there is only ONE SELF, I have been able to realize many dreams, have abundance, prosperity, happiness, great good fortune, peace and balance. Be aware that not everything in my life has been great. I have been though the ups and downs of life but I have been guided by my Higher Self to view life through the lens of a higher perspective. This
perspective has enabled me to develop appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness for both the good things and the bad things in my life. I still experience the joy and the pain but I now see my life experiences as those things that help me expand my soul’s awareness, enhancing my sense of self and  the Self. The perspective I have gained from the sense of Self has been fortuitous.

May I encourage you to allow the sense of Self in yourself.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: The Wisdom Experience

The Wisdom Experience

In writing this blog, Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path for over two years now, I have perceived that wisdom is an experience that can be chosen. What do I mean by that? What I discovered by being on my own wisdom path is that I can choose, since I have free will, to do certain things with wisdom or not.

An example would be in giving my love, time and energy to a woman I meet. I can give my love unconsciously, foolishly, without discernment, without being wise and end up with someone who is not right for me or who doesn’t treat me right. On the other hand, I can use wisdom in giving my love which means giving my love, not with caution but with an awareness of who I am getting involved with. I use mindfulness in being discerning about the woman and I don’t try to blind myself from what’s really there that may not be the right fit for me as I move forward. I am not judging this woman. I am simply being wise in realizing that she would be happier with someone else. It’s nothing personal, just being wise for my own happiness.

Ultimately, the wisdom experience is coming from a place of love in not wanting to waste time repeating the same pitfalls over and over again. I do not judge the person, I am only looking out for both of us so that we both have the best experience. That being said, I do give people a chance and allow things to bloom a bit. The other person is also using their own discernment with me, I hope or they are using ego. It really doesn’t matter. Whatever the other person uses is up to them.

I have made it a point to make my connections with others a wisdom experience where I am mindful but not judging, not controlling, not approving, not comparing. I stay open and available and see what
happens, I treat them fairly, with consideration, appreciate and gratitude but if I am not happy, if things don’t click for me, if there is no real chemistry, I don’t punish myself or them by continuing to be with someone who is not a fit for me and vice versa.

The wisdom experience is, for me, a valuable means of being alert to the pitfalls of life and being mindful of not repeating lessons I’ve already learned. I am not a fan of foolishly banging my head against the wall. Are you?

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: Own Your Grandeur

Own Your Grandeur

It is time to own your grandeur, not your grandiosity.” What you experience is your own state of consciousness projected. Your experience is your perception and nothing else is really happening except your perception of it. Why am I talking about this and what does it mean?

I am finding in my experiences with myself and other people that there is a tendency for us to give up our power to those who we believe have the “answers” to making us healthier, prettier, sexier, wealthier, smarter and that we, ourselves, are devoid of these attributes and need someone to give us these states of being. We believe in the grandiosity of others because we don’t own, accept, allow our own grandeur. We don’t see, are not aware of the fact that within us is all we need and we are enough just as we are with everything built into us but we simply are convinced that we can’t own our own grandeur. We are convinced that we are less than these others who promise to make us better. This believing that the power to make us better is in the hands of others is a reflection of our state of consciousness which is one of lack, disempowerment, self-loathing, hopelessness and suffering born of a lack of total awareness that prosperity and abundance is already inside us. ALREADY INSIDE US.  Don’t get me wrong. There are times when an advisor, a teacher, a counselor is needed to assist us in realizing that we have the power to realize our dreams. These advisors come in many forms but the pitfall is giving up our power to these advisors where we believe we can’t do it without them. It’s like Dumbo, the circus elephant, in the Disney animated movie. Dumbo is givin a feather by his friend, the mouse, who tells him it’s a magic feather that can help him to fly. Dumbo believes it’s a magic feather and does indeed fly with the feather safely tucked in his trunk. Through losing the feather while flying, Dumbo realizes he doesn’t need the feather. He realizes HE IS THE MAGIC FEATHER because he sees that he can fly without it!!! That’s owning your grandeur and not your grandiosity.

No one else can perceive for you. No one else can create your reality for you no matter what they tell you in a seminar, retreat, book, webinar, Ashram, Church,Temple, Synagogue, etc. There is no one else in your experience but you. Your experience of you is your perception of you. If you want a better experience of you, that is, you want to be better, you have to change your perception of you. This is where owning your grandeur comes in. Owning your grandeur means that you take back the responsibility for what you are perceiving about yourself. You have the misguided perception that others hold more power than you and you give up your power to them believing that by doing this, they will help you to change your perception of yourself. No one can change your perception of yourself. This is a solo endeavor. To own your own grandeur you have to perceive that you are already filled with the ability to create, manifest, to make your dreams come true, to be all that you can be, that you are already filled with abundance, prosperity and riches beyond your wildest imagination.

There are many CONfidence men out there promoising to make your better in every way. They are just a catalyst to help you jumpstart your awareness that the abundance is INSIDE you, not OUTSIDE you. The rest of the journey to your successes are up to you. While your advisors may assist you, it is you that must take and do the steps. This is a reality on every level of what we are. While a doctor can assist us in getting well, it is us that must do the prescribed things to continue on the path of healing.

If someone says that they are going to make your rich and all you need to do is give them a check for $35,000.00; run the other way as fast as you can. What these people are showing you is their
grandiosity. Their grandiosity can NEVER provide you with a way to own your own grandeur.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: “Wayshower”

“Wayshower”

If you are leading the masses out of darkness, you are a “wayshower.” What is this darkness we mention here and why do the masses need to be lead out of it? Darkness is separation from Spirit, from the Light. the Divine, the Sacred, God, the All There Is and is perceived by man as Light and the qualities inherent in the Light are Love, compassion, peace, harmony, balance, tolerance, happiness and abundance. These qualities exist in Spirit naturally and mankind has allowed the egoic nature of its persona/psyche/ego in itself and others to rule the planet placing it in darkness. Darkness is hate, anger, fear, intolerance, imbalance, greed, control, approval, judgement, comparison and competition. These dark qualities are what the wayshower leads the masses out of.

What does it mean to be lead out of? What it means to be lead out of the darkness is to show that there is a fixation on the darkness, an identification with the darkness as if it is all there is and that there can never be any way else because that’s just human nature, that’s just the way it is, because it is an addiction. The wayshower comes from a place of greater awareness and knows that darkness can be overcome, can be conquered. It also knows that this is a dualistic universe where Light and Dark co-exist for the very reason of allowing humanity to realize that Light and Dark are part of the same Divine energy and that it is simply a different reflection of the same thing and we do not have to be bound by darkness. Darkness does not have to be the order of the day. The wayshower shows that humanity can move away from darkness into the Light and more importantly, be the Light.

If you are leading the masses out of darkness and this does not have to be grandiose, you are a wayshower and your presence on Earth is important and vital. Wayshowers have helped humanity move away from darkness as a dominant force on Earth mainly by showing humanity that it has been blinded by darkness to think that’s the natural way of life. It is not. You don’t have to suffer, be in lack, be sick, be angry, hateful, be imbalanced, be greedy, be controlling, always approving, be judgemental, always comparing, always competing. Suffering is not a morally superior condition. These dark behaviors lead to one thing-depression. Please remember that darkness swallows up and Light irradiates. Darkness manifests in all forms in terms of showing up in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realities. A good example of darkness in the body is cancer and so on.

If you are not a wayshower, you can become one by realizing that the Light is in you and you can be a leader by example. Come out of the darkness and into the Light and become a wayshower. We need you!

You Too Can Be God Conscious

I am what is known as a “God Conscious” being. What does that mean? It means I came to Earth already of the conscious awareness that I am part of God, part of the Law of One. I vibrate God consciousness in my body, mind, emotions and soul. I am God also, that is, a Divine, sacred being in physical form. I am not all of God, so don’t go there, saying this guy believes he’s God. I don’t believe I’m God. I am a part of God, a piece. Everything and everyone is. What is the problem then?

The problem is that the human beings on Earth are not God conscious because they have been conditioned by controlling forces to believe that God is “out there,” separate from them. This is false. People are God. Period. I came to Earth to allow humans on Earth to see that God consciousness is real and that you can be God conscious too. What is the big deal, you ask?

I really don’t know what they big deal is other than that human beings the world over have been brainwashed into believing that they are Godless unless they follow a certain religion. This belief is so strong in humans that they refuse to see, accept, realize and allow that THEY are God in human form. They believe that it is blasphemous to believe they are God in form. They have been fed misinformation that leaves them in separation consciousness believing that God is someplace else and not IN them, not IN everything there is and so to them, this world is a dead universe where everything is an object and they objectify everything as if it is lifeless. Wrong. The Universe is alive, intelligent, creative and abundant. This same abundance is in every human, in everything on Earth.

All I can say during this time is that you too can be God conscious. You too can be the God you are meant to be. Your concept of God is loaded with many misinformed denotations and connotations
that prevents you from understanding what and who God really is.

I am God conscious no matter where or what planet I am called to. That is what I am and that is what I will always be. You too can be this. It changes everything.

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: Mindfulness Is Not Emptiness

Step onto Your Own Wisdom Path: Mindfulness Is Not Emptiness: From my experiences with being mindful, it does not mean practicing being empty; it means focusing on one’s sense of awareness without think...

Mindfulness Is Not Emptiness

From my experiences with being mindful, it does not mean practicing being empty; it means focusing on one’s sense of awareness without thinking, without letting thoughts take one away from the awareness of the present moment. Why is the concept of mindfulness as pure awareness and not emptiness relevant now?

Practicing mindfulness, the pure awareness of being in the present moment is relevant now because it teaches us the true nature of reality which is the ever present now and not the past or future which are time contsructs that we have built for ourselves to give us a sense of motion through space. It’s not real. What’s real is this now moment where everything happens and where we are filled with beingness and not the distractions of ideas, thoughts, beliefs and feelings that take us away from being present and touching that presence within us. What it means to me to be truly empty is to be always thinking about the past or future and not being the awareness that I am now.

When I am mindful, I see my awareness and nothing else. I could be doing the laundry and being mindful as I concentrate on putting the clothes in the washing machine without thinking about what I’m going to have for lunch but simply being present with myself in my awareness that continues to exist. I am in the mind of the Soul, the Spirit that I am. I feel this awareness and know that I am this awareness as a continuum through infinity. What this helps me see is that I am not my mind, I am not my body. I am an awareness that is having a sensual experience in the format of a human being. My real self is this awareness, not my thoughts, not my feelings, not my body and I practice being with this awareness through mindfulness practices where I concentrate on the sense of being aware, stopping my thoughts and feelings as I do any action.

I enjoy doing walking mindfulness meditations where I walk slowly, keeping myself clear of thoughts and feelings and just looking at how my awareness is. With this practice I can be really full, full of my ever-present awareness that cannot die. Everything in that moment comes more alive.

The true state of emptiness is filling our minds with all the distractions around us. I have found that what I am truly distracting myself from is that I am abundant without things. I am filled with potential, prosperity, abundance and so much more and I am afraid of that since it means that I am responsible for my creations.

I cannot point my finger at anyone else for the consequences of my actions. Being mindful helps me to be in that place of potential and not in the place of distraction which is the true place of emptiness.
