Your Foods Help You Vibrate Higher

What you eat affects your spiritual clarity in that an unhealthy diet causes your body to be filled with more toxins thereby keeping you vibrating at lower levels so you can't perceive the higher realms. I have found that the twelve best foods to eat in the morning to help me vibrate higher are:

1. Fruit

2. Berries

3. Eggs

4. Yogurt

5. Cottage cheese

6. Nuts

7. Oatmeal

8. Chia seeds, sunflower seeds, coriander seeds, black sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds

9. Flax seeds

10. Green tea

11. Protein shake

12. Coffee.

Stay away from eating meats in the morning like bacon, ham, steak. Also stay away from pancakes, potatoes, home fries, ketchup, soda, too much bread. Keep your system light and eat "live" foods, that is foods that have nutrition, not empty carbs.

When you eat this way, your physical vehicle becomes more attuned to receiving higher vibrations. That's where Spirit lives. See you there.
