I like Robin Marvel's "5 Surefire Ways To Raise Your Vibration" because she shows how really easy it is to move out of lower, negative vibrations that keep us stuck in suffering and unhappiness.

You can easily raise your vibrations by:

1. Living in gratitude.

2. Visiting/calling a friend who has a positive personal vibration.

3. Holding your power.

4. Practicing acts of kindness.

5. Living a healthy lifestyle.

Lower vibrations like always being angry, judgemental, hateful, jealous, envious, resentful and frustrated will keep you in mental, emotional, physical and spiritual sickness. Raising your vibrational level to a higher frequency will provide you with a life of happiness, peace, abundance, wisdom, caring, compassion and kindness.

I have experienced raising my vibrations and the results are staggering. While my life is not perfect, I have received the benefits of so much positivity in my life. I can attest to the fact that raising your vibrations will keep you on a track of health, wealth and happiness as your thoughts create your reality.
