As our planet is shifting her vibrations to a higher level, causing much chaos and confusion, we on the Wisdom Path MUST raise our vibrational levels to move beyond the fear, worry, negativity, doubt, and distraction that is so heavy at this time.
Here are some suggestions for raising your energy vibrations:
2. Get out into nature.
3. Stop watching so much TV, especially the so-called News.
4. Play with your pets.
5. Watch children playing.
7. Forgive yourself and others. Let go of grudges.
8. Express gratitude. Get a gratitude journal and write everything you are grateful for that happened that day. Do this right before bed time.
9. Face your fears and see them as an opportunity to grow and overcome.
10. Buy organic food and stop eating too much processed food. Don't eat fast foods at all. Always express gratitude before eating your food.
11. Do things or be with people who make you laugh. Don't succumb to other people's control dramas.
12. Ask your Spirit guides and guardian angels (and/or the Universe) for help and direction.
This is all very real and raising your vibrations at this time of turbulence is critical. All this isn't easy and it is paramount if you want to overcome the prevailing negativity of mass consciousness.
